This browser doesn't support Web Bluetooth. On iPhone or iPad, browsers can't connect to Bluetooth devices - use the ProxyBox iOS app instead. On Mac, Windows, Chromebook, or Android, use Chrome or Edge to set up via this page.

Two ways to pair
Both setup options are available now, pick whichever you prefer. Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi setup network run concurrently while your box is unprovisioned.
Prefer Wi-Fi setup? Look in your Wi-Fi list for an open network named ProxyBox-Setup-XXXX and join it; the setup page opens automatically.
Just plugged in your box? Wait about 3 minutes for it to enter pairing mode (the LED will pulse blue). If nothing has shown up after 5 minutes, unplug for 5 seconds and replug. First boot does some extra setup work; the next plug-in skips that work and pairs faster.
Don't see your newest box in the picker? Chrome's Bluetooth picker can be flaky on desktop. If your iPhone sees the device but Chrome doesn't, try: (1) toggle Bluetooth off/on on the Mac, (2) close all Chrome tabs that have been holding a Bluetooth session, (3) make sure the Pi's LED is pulsing blue (not solid), (4) move within 10 ft of the Pi. As a fallback, the ProxyBox-Setup-XXXX Wi-Fi setup flow always works.

This box already has Wi-Fi credentials stored. Sending new credentials would lock out whoever currently owns it. To re-pair, factory-reset the box from the owning account's dashboard first.
If this box belongs to you, open the dashboard to claim or factory-reset it. If you just bought it second-hand, ask the previous owner to reset it.
